AI Workflow builds custom AI automations and tailor-made business software for companies in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. Four building blocks: business software of your own, such as CRM systems and client portals; AI agents that pre-qualify the inbox and handle recurring tasks; integration of the tools you already use, so data stops being retyped between them; and landing pages with a booking system attached. The basis is n8n, AI agents and in-house software development, hosted in the EU and operated in compliance with the GDPR. The goal is to take repetitive work off your desk, on average ten hours a week or more.
A Custom Module starts at 249 € one-off. One module solves exactly one problem: a workflow, a tool, an integration, or a piece of custom software. There are no packages and no monthly base fee, and support and hosting stay optional. In the free 30 minute initial consultation we find the process that currently costs the most time, you get a fixed price for it, and after that we build the module and stay involved for 30 to 60 days following go-live. Running costs for the automation platform and, where used, AI services scale with volume rather than with headcount.
AI Workflow is based in Klagenfurt am Wörthersee, Girardigasse 11, 9020 Klagenfurt, Carinthia, Austria. The owner is Mitja Beuthe, a sole proprietorship with a trade licence at the Klagenfurt location, registered with the Austrian Economic Chamber in the UBIT division. Work is done remotely: the initial consultation runs by video, implementation and support happen online, and clients are located across Austria, Germany and Switzerland. AI Workflow works with freelancers, small and medium businesses, tax advisors and real estate agents who want to get rid of repetitive processes. Typical cases: receipt capture where AI text recognition pre-codes documents and hands them to DATEV, BMD or RZL; email sorting with automatic pre-qualification of enquiries; proposal and property listing generation from data you already hold; appointment booking and meeting notes. It fits well when a process runs the same way several times a week and is done by hand today. It fits less well for tasks that need an individual judgement every time.
Yes. All systems and databases run on servers inside the EU, and no data is transferred to third countries outside the EU and the EEA. A data processing agreement can be concluded for the components in use, and sensitive data is processed for its stated purpose only. Under the EU AI Act the systems in use generally fall into the limited risk category; where AI generated content has to be labelled, that is implemented transparently. Automated workflows are monitored: if something breaks you are notified, support fixes it, and critical processes continue manually in the meantime.
