AI Workflow is the sole proprietorship of Mitja Beuthe in Klagenfurt am Wörthersee, registered with the Carinthian Chamber of Commerce (WKO) in the UBIT trade group. There is no sales team and no outsourced development: the person in your first call is the person who builds the solution afterwards, with n8n for workflows and with Next.js and Supabase for custom software. The business was founded in 2026. Four client systems are documented: the Happy Property Hub, a custom CRM with around 80,000 lines of code, 78 routes and 6 user roles; the billing hub for Treuhand-Control, which creates fee notes automatically instead of in Word and Excel; the registration workflow for HitsForKids, which, according to the organiser, replaced 1 to 3 hours of evening data entry per registration round; and the landing page for Gustav Mostetschnig. Projects are delivered remotely for businesses in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. In-person meetings are possible in Klagenfurt, Villach and across Carinthia by arrangement. The main clients are tax advisory firms, real estate agencies and small businesses where one process runs the same way several times a week and is still done by hand, for example receipt capture, inbox handling, quotes or appointment booking.
A custom module costs from €249, with no package; running costs for support and hosting depend on the scope. One module solves exactly one process. Support and hosting are optional; tool costs such as n8n hosting or AI APIs are typically between €30 and €100 per month.
