A Custom Module starts at 249 € one-off. One module solves exactly one process: a workflow, an integration between two tools, or a piece of custom software such as a CRM or a booking system. There are no packages and no monthly base fee, and support and hosting stay optional. On top of that come running costs for the automation platform and, depending on the case, for AI services. Those scale with usage rather than with headcount. In the free 30 minute initial consultation we identify the process that costs the most time, and you get a fixed price for it.

Simple workflows are usually live within one to three business days. The technical setup is the smaller part: defining the input channels, building the workflow, setting the checking rules and verifying the connection with real test data. What takes longer in practice is agreeing the edge cases, meaning what should happen when an input is unreadable or a request does not fit the pattern. More complex automations or custom software take several weeks depending on scope. After go-live we stay involved for 30 to 60 days, so unusual cases surface while someone is still watching.

All systems and databases in use are hosted on servers inside the EU, and no data is transferred to third countries outside the EU and the EEA. Which provider holds which part depends on the setup: the automation platform, the database and, where used, an AI service each have a defined role. Before a project starts we go through where exactly your data is processed and which component gets to see what. For sensitive material such as receipts or client records, that check happens before anything is connected.

Yes. All workflows are built with EU-hosted components for which a data processing agreement can be concluded, and sensitive data is processed for its stated purpose only. In practice that means three things: data stays inside the EU and the EEA, every component has a defined role that we document before the start, and access is limited to what a step actually needs. If you already have a DPA template from your own compliance process, we work with that instead of insisting on ours.

The AI systems in use generally fall into the limited risk category of the EU AI Act, the tier for systems that interact with people or generate content without making high-stakes decisions on their own. Where the Act requires AI generated content to be labelled, that is implemented transparently. Workflows touching decisions with legal or financial weight are built so a person confirms the result rather than the system acting alone. If your sector brings stricter requirements, we go through them before the build starts.

Automated workflows are monitored. If something breaks, you are notified and support takes care of the fix, while the affected process continues manually in the meantime. That is deliberate: no workflow is wired so that the work stops when the automation does. For critical steps such as handing data to your accounting or CRM system, we define in advance which intermediate state is preserved on failure and where the process picks up again, so nothing is silently lost or written twice.
