No. We build your AI workflows so they run quietly in the background. Our goal is to make the technology simple and usable for you, without you writing any code. You keep working with the programs you know; the workflow attaches behind them. At go-live you get short instructions and documentation that describe what happens where. For day-to-day operation it is enough to understand the flow and to recognize when it stops. If your process changes later, we take care of the adjustment during the support phase, without you having to get into the technology.

We rely on leading automation platforms such as n8n and Make, plus current large language models, to build individual and scalable solutions for you. n8n can run on a server in the EU that we operate ourselves, which makes the difference with sensitive data. For custom software we add web applications with an EU-hosted database. Which combination makes sense is decided by your existing systems, not by preference: if there is an interface, we use it instead of placing a new tool next to it. We only replace existing programs when they are the actual bottleneck, and we say so openly.

Data protection is our top priority. We configure your systems to meet European security standards and keep your sensitive data protected. In practice that means: all systems and databases run on servers in the EU, there is no transfer to third countries outside the EU and EEA, and a data processing agreement can be signed for the components we use. Access is tied to roles, and logs have a deletion concept. Before we start, we define together which data reaches the system at all. On request we deliver documentation of the processing chain for your record of processing activities.

That depends on the scope. A single Custom Module is usually live within one to three working days, for example an appointment booking or the transfer of form data into a spreadsheet. More complex automations connected to a CRM or accounting software take one to two weeks. Custom software goes through a longer planning phase and takes several weeks. In our experience, clarifying the edge cases takes longer than the technology: what should happen when details are missing or a case doesn’t fit the pattern. You get a binding time frame right after the initial consultation, not after the project starts.

Every Custom Module includes 30 to 60 days of active support after go-live. We monitor the workflows, you are notified in case of a fault, and we fix errors promptly. Adjustments to changed processes are included in this period at no extra cost. The workflows are also built so that in case of an error they stop at a clearly defined point instead of half-processing data, and the affected process continues manually in the meantime. For long-term support we agree together on what makes sense for your business. Critical processes are built from the start so that an outage doesn’t stop operations.
